“Platonic preferences aside I do not consider myself a pizza purist. The only hard & fast rule about pizza I have is that there really aren’t any. I’ve had transcendent moments with a Domino’s delivery & believe that Stouffer’s French Bread Pizzas are a modern miracle of food science. Deep dish is incredibly delicious when it’s done with care & consideration.
